2. Description of Service

Song2o is an AI-powered music creation platform that allows users to generate original song lyrics and audio using artificial intelligence. The Service operates on a credit-based system.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased via Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits do not expire. If a song generation fails, credits are automatically refunded to your account.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of songs you create using the Service. Song2o does not claim ownership of user-generated content. However, you grant Song2o a limited license to host, display, and distribute your shared content on the platform.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to generate content that promotes hate speech, violence, illegal activities, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Song2o is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
